This is a easy recipe but takes a while to cook!
Ingredients:
8 to 10 pieces Chicken thighs
1 cup Aloha Shoyu
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 round onion (cut)
2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large Pot and cover with lid on medium heat.
Bring to a boil then turn heat down and simmer for about an hour.
While cooking turn thighs over a few times so pieces get under the sauce.
Cook some rice and enjoy!
