Easy to make
Ingredients:
1 package noodle
1 1/2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon White pepper
2 to 3 stalks of green onion
1 sliced round onion
1 hand full of bean sprouts
Instructions:
in a medium pot boil some water, add noodle and cook for about a minute (do not over cook)
Drain water in a colander and let cool add a little oil so noodle doesn't stick. Set aside
Make the Sauce with Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Sugar, Sesame oil, and White Pepper. Set aside
cut green onions about 1/2 inch pieces until you get to the white part then cut to 1/8th pieces and separate in a bowl
in a large frying pan add some oil and stir fry sliced round onion, bean sprouts, and white part of green onion then put aside in a bowl
in the same pan add a little oil and cook the noodle for about a minute, then add a little sauce on the noodle and toss repeat until all sauce is used
Add the veggies and stir fry for about a minute
