Easy recipe
Takes about an hour to make
Ingredients:
2lbs Butt Country Style Ribs (Boneless) or Pork Belly (Much more fatty) Cut to bite size.
2 Tablespoons minced garlic (I use about 4 to 5 cloves)
5 Dried bay leaves
1/2 Cup vinegar
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce (ALOHA soy sauce)
1 Tablespoon whole pepper corn
2 Cups water
Instructions:
Combine the pork, soy sauce and garlic then marinade for at least 1 hour.
Heat a medium size non stick pot, add a little oil and put in the marinated pork without the sauce and cook for a few minutes.
Keep tossing until pieces are cooked a little.
Add remaining marinade and garlic from the bowl into the pot
Add water, whole pepper corn and dried bay leaves the bring to a boil.
Turn down the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.
Add the vinegar and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Get your hot rice and enjoy!
Notes:
You can add a little sugar if you like it sweeter
Also some chopped onion if you like.
