Ingredients:
5lb Spare ribs (small pieces)
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
3 cloves garlic (Crushed)
1 Large Onion (Chopped)
1 Large Green Pepper (Chopped)
1 Can (20oz) pineapple chunks, including liquid
3 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/2 Tablespoons water
Directions:
In a large saucepot, combine spare ribs, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic
Cover and bring to a boil
Lower heat and simmer for 45 minutes
Add Onion, Bell Pepper, and Pineapple
Continue cooking for 15 more minutes
Combine cornstarch and water, stir into spare rib mixture.
Cook until mixture thickens.
